Yes you can click on the browse button and view auction items without creating an account. However, you will need to create an account in order to place a bid.
To create an account you need to click on the register menu item and enter your user profile details.
First browse and view the auction item that you want to bid on. Click on the Bid Now button and then select your current bid price and optionally enter a maximum bid price.
The item number is displayed next to the physical auction item at the event. If your bidding remotely you should use the browse items screen instead.
To view the status of your bids you can click on the My Items button. It will show you the current bid and your status (high bidder or outbid).
Click on the outbid item from your My Items screen and then click the Bid Now button. Enter your new bid price and click Submit Bid.
The My Balance screen will only show auction items that you won when the auciton has closed. At that time it will also give you your balance due.
You will need to pay for your auction item at the registration desk. Once paid you can go to the auction tables to pick up your items.
If you did not attend the event and win an item(s) you will need to contact the shelter to make payment within 3 business days of the closing of the auction. Item(s) can be picked up at the shelter or shipping can be arranged, but payment for the shipping is your responsibility.
